這個早餐已經做過很多次了,既好吃也從來沒有失敗過~ 

這算是許小芳的不敗餐點之一吧!!

利用已經吃了好幾天,好像永遠都吃不完的吐司,加上牛奶,雞蛋和糖, 

煎過後就是鬆軟可口的法式吐司~

材料(兩人份):                                                                 
                                                                               
雞蛋      2枚                                                                  
砂糖      2小匙                                                                
鹽        一咪咪(提味用的,只要一點點就好)                                      
牛奶      50CC                                                                 
                                                                               
沙拉油    一小匙                                                               
                                                                               
作法:                                                                          
1.雞蛋,糖,牛奶和鹽打成蛋液,將吐司浸泡在蛋液中                                  
  記得要兩面反覆浸泡,讓吐司沾滿和有牛奶的蛋液                                  
                                                                               
2.油入鍋加熱, 鍋熱後轉小火(重點),放入沾滿蛋汁的吐司                            
  蛋汁凝結成金黃色即可以翻面,兩面煎至微焦即可盛盤                              
                                                                               
重點: 鍋熱後一定要轉小火煎,由於蛋液裡有加糖,容易上色(也就是容易焦),             
         小火慢煎顏色漂亮也不容易焦掉~                                             
                                                                               
批A司:起鍋後可以淋上蜂蜜或是奶油,就是美味可口鬆軟的法式吐司
           幫一成不變的吐司加點變化!
